I walked in & was introduced to Sean. I have to admit I was trying to get as much info as possible without making a connection with a salesperson since my husband was not with me. Sean was very pleasant and helpful. He said it would be fine if I came back with my husband,but thought it would be a good idea for me to test drive one since I was already there. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was very aware of my budget conserns as well. I felt he gave me all of my options & was very willing to try to work out a deal that I would feel good about. He ultimately put me in the car that I wanted with a payment that was within the budget. I have been to other dealerships in the past that tried to sell me a car off their lot that they wanted to--not exactly what I was looking at. Everyone at the dealership that I made contact with was great. They have earned my business and I will be referring my Aunt to Sean as she will be looking for a new car in the near future. More

Sean jumped up and told me that he had another CRV on the lot, same year, same number of miles, same EXL style, just a gray color instead of silver. We were quoted an excellent price and traded in our Honda Civics, deciding to do a 3 year lease on both of the new cars. Sean & Kurt could not have been more accomodating and did everything possible to make the process an easy one, making our decision to buy easy! We went for a test drive, and Jimmy was laughing and joking around with all of us during the test drive. After we got back, we negotiated the price a little bit and we settled on a deal. The process was typical for buying a car. It wasn't a very long wait, unlike other dealerships I have been to in the past. After the deal was done, he even offered to put in a full tank of gas into her car with his own card. He was definitely a man of his word. I ordered my car, and the sales person kept in contact throughout the whole process and kept me well informed about the progress of my car. When I took delivery, I only had a short window of time to work with, and the sales person did everything he could to ensure the delivery was seamless and I was in and out in a short time. He took extra care to make sure my wife understood how to use all of the technology and was comfortable with all of the features. The dealership is clean and comfortable, with free wi-fi, and computers in the waiting room for service. These 2 purchases have been the best car buying experiences of my life. Highly recommended. He took the time to introduce himself, and I told him I was interested in the CR-V. His knowledge of the product was very impressive, and his friendliness made him fun to work with. After a test drive, I settled on a 2010 black Honda CR-V. Before I left the dealership, Mohit prepped my car and made sure I understood each and every detail, making sure I understood each and every feature. The entire staff at Valley Honda- from the sales staff to the management staff, and finance department- surpassed even our highest expectations.
