Great car buying experience. I was able to get the best price on the 2012 Honda Civic that I was looking for at this location, and dealing with Chuck Vosburgh was an absolute pleasure. The facility itself is overwhelming; I've never seen a dealership with as many service bays, as much staff available to assist potential buyers, and as many services and seating for their guests. This is a dealership that obviously intends to deliver the best customer service in the area, and is willing to make the investments for this to be possible. There is a Honda dealer a few miles from my house, and Valley Honda is quite a drive, but it was well worth the trip. After visiting the local dealer, I was very dissatisfied with the aggressive "let's make a deal before you walk out the door" attitude; whereas dealing with Chuck was a very pleasurable experience which made me feel comfortable giving this location my business. There were no 'last minute' surprises which came up prior to signing; everything was exactly as agreed. The tour of the dealership was extremely helpful, and made me feel comfortable to return should any issues arise, and confident that top notch service would be provided. As for the car itself; the 2012 Honda Civic is excellent. I recommend this dealer to anyone interested in the purchase or lease of a Honda. More

As strange as it may seem, I am writing this review two years after I purchased my 2010 Pilot. It is easy to appear to have the best interest of the customer in mind at the time of purchase. It is significantly more compelling and impressive to maintain this same level of customer concern two years later when there is no immediate sale in sight. That is the reason why I writing this review. Mr Bob Mueller and his GM, Mr Don Davis, have demonstrated the same level of professionalism, respect and devotion to customer satisfaction today as they did two years ago! This is the reason why I would recommend Bob, Don, and the entire Valley Honda dealership to my closest friends and relatives. After doing extensive online research of the various Honda models, we were extremely pleased to purchase from Valley Honda. This was not the first dealership that was visited, however our salesman Dan Honda models, we were extremely pleased to purchase from Valley Honda. This was not the first dealership that was visited, however our salesman Dan Pantelone listened to our needs, and was respectful and straight-forward in what he was able to get and the pricing of such. His knowlege and explanation of the specs on the vehicles allowed us the freedom to decide for ourselves which vehicle best suited our needs. The staff that we encountered was highly professional and accomodating and they, along with Dan, made our dreaded vehicle shopping experience a very pleasant one. This is our fourth Honda to own, but we have found huge differences in the dealerships. We intend to make Valley Honda our sole dealership of choice in the future. More

Although my original salesman was Jason Simon (whom I liked), Mario Morath was the representative that worked with my wife and me in the delivery of our new Honda Pilot EX-L. Leading up to delivery , which took approx 4 weeks Dan kept me up to date on the status of my order and as soon as it came it He called me to take delivery.
