Even when we walked out of the dealer in our first visit without buying a car he was still totally respectful and his great attitude kept intact (not like with some other salesmen that if you don’t buy they don’t even say goodbye…) he kept in touch with us doing follow up but not to the point where it would become too much! While testing driving Sean explained every detail of the vehicle. I was impressed by his knowledge of the vehicle, even if I stump him with a question he went and found out the answer immediately. He even came in on his day off for my convenience to sell me the vehicle. I had a tough time deciding what color I want my Honda Accord Coupe in, Sean was very patient in helping pick a color. He walked all over the lot showing me Accord Coupes in an assortment of colors. I walked in & was introduced to Sean. I have to admit I was trying to get as much info as possible without making a connection with a salesperson since my husband was not with me. Sean was very pleasant and helpful. He said it would be fine if I came back with my husband,but thought it would be a good idea for me to test drive one since I was already there. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was very aware of my budget conserns as well. I felt he gave me all of my options & was very willing to try to work out a deal that I would feel good about. He ultimately put me in the car that I wanted with a payment that was within the budget. I have been to other dealerships in the past that tried to sell me a car off their lot that they wanted to--not exactly what I was looking at. Everyone at the dealership that I made contact with was great. They have earned my business and I will be referring my Aunt to Sean as she will be looking for a new car in the near future. More

We bought a 2011 Insight EX and a CR-Z EX, both hybrids and we can't believe the mileage! We were quoted an excellent price and traded in our Honda Civics, deciding to do a 3 year lease on both of the new cars. Sean & Kurt could not have been more accomodating and did everything possible to make the process an easy one, making our decision to buy easy! When I went there, car was ready for pickup. After test drive, got all the paperwork done and drove back. James wasnt pushy at all and explained everything in detail.
