Keven was great - Persistent without being annoying - Friendly - straight forward and "to the point" - very helpful both before and AFTER the purchase of our Pilot. I would definitely go hear again - This was our first car buying experience since 2003 (we had a Honda Odyssey with over 200k miles that we bought new that we traded in). and it was much better than I remember. Mario and Jab lead me through the whole process of buying my car step by step at my pace. They listened to all my concerns and were eager to answer them. I bought two new cars previously in my life - one was an OK experience but the dealership didn't go out of their way; the other was a terrible experience and I wish terrible things upon everyone who works t OK experience but the dealership didn't go out of their way; the other was a terrible experience and I wish terrible things upon everyone who works there. We went to Valley Honda in response to an online advertisement for an incredible lease deal on a new Honda Odyssey. I was skeptical and expected the worst - the lease offer being an enticement to get me there and not being really available. I was wrong. The lease was available. The folks I worked with were courteous, professional, and sensitive to our needs. Further, they offered NO PRESSURE at all. Upon our initial visit we left and went to the local Toyota dealership. While they were also very courteous, they simply couldn't match the Lease Offer from Honda. Further, the Odyssey's just a cooler Minivan (as cool as minivan's get). We returned to Valley Honda the following day and finalized the lease deal - the final monthly payment of our lease was actually $.20 less than the advertised price. WOW - never heard of that before. UPDATE: Within the first week of having the new Odyssey, I swiped the side of our garage while entering. This resulted in the front quarter panel and fender having damage. I had no idea what this would cost to fix, but prepared myself for the worst. I took the vehicle to Valley Honda the next day to have it fixed. Firstly, the offered to fix it same day with a VERY fair price (much less than I expected). Secondly, not long after being brought home by their service concierge, I received a call from Valley Honda stating that there was no damage actually done to the vehicle - and that they were able to buff it out with a buffer. My car was ready, AT NO COST. I get it that they didn't paint or replace anything - but I didn't even have to pay for labor. I've never heard of this before. What a wonderful experience. If you're looking for a new Honda in the Naperville/Aurora area - this is the place. Ask for Kevin Frank - he'll treat you with respect and courtesy. More

Pat was not pushy and was genuine in his interest to find the right vehicle for me. The info of the used car of my interest was offered to me in a nice booklet for my review (Carfax report,their inspection highlights,repairs,etc. Dealership: Appearance was meticulous,the emloyees were all dressed well and all seemed happy. This to me reflects that if the employees are treated well and are happy...then customers will be treated well. The customer area was very comfortable and trimmed with things to make waiting enjoyable and or productive (wifi, PC's, TV, coffee, desks, cubicles). Also surprising was that the onwer of the Dealership came by and introduced himself and spoke to me for a few minutes. I can honestly say that this has been the most enjoyable car buying experience in a dealership. I hope the vehicle I bought turns out to be as good as it seems. :) More
