Chuck was extremely friendly and personable. He made us feel at home and comfortable at the dealership even with our two kids. I knew what I wanted to pay (and could afford) and Chuck was great at helping me dialogue with the dealership to make it happen. He was direct, courteous, and never pushy. Car salesmen rightly have a rather bad rap. In my mind though, Chuck was the furthest from the stereotypes you could be. Michelle went above and beyond as the vehicle that I was looking for was not in their inventory and I needed the car for an upcoming trip within three days. She had the "team" locate a suitable vehicle in Wisconsin and make sure that it was ready for me in time. On delivery, Michelle took the time to point out several additional features that were useful on our trip, saving me time! While I have only owned the vehicle a short time, the entire staff at Valley Honda has been very polite and helpful as the vehicle was in for several after-market items following our trip. More

He was very personable, knowledgable, and helpful. Not at all pushy or overbearing like I've found many sales people to be. After my test drive, I was even taken on a tour in back to see their massive auto shop, very impressive. Even more impressive was the area customers wait while their vehicles are being worked on. There are televisions, dozens of computers, a coffee station, they take care of you for sure. Overall, with Jose's help and guidance, the impressive facility, and of course the Honda Civic itself, my time spent at Valley Honda was Five Star. I know I made the right choice. More
