I purchased a new Honda Civic in the spring of 2011, my first Honda. Pat Malik was my sales person. He showed me all the models I was interested in and helped me make my decision to buy the Civic. Pat's follow up was exceptional, better than any other car salesman I have dealt with in the past 20 years. He is great at representing the Honda brand. I also received excellent service on my navigation system and on basic service, mostly due to Pat's close attention to his customers. As a whole, I found the dealership made the car buying experience enjoyable and have recommended the dealer to many of my friends and work associates. I would highly recommend Valley Honda and Pat Malik to anyone interested in a great deal and exceptional service on a Honda. More

Having sold cars myself in the 1950's, I have always felt ill at ease in dealing with car salesman when I would purchase a car. Some of them made me feel like I was out of touch with reality when it came to ill at ease in dealing with car salesman when I would purchase a car. Some of them made me feel like I was out of touch with reality when it came to car buying. That is not the case at Valley Honda in Aurora, Illinois. My son and daughter-in-law bought a new Honda Odyssey in December 2011 and went on and on about Steve Grady, the salesman who sold them the car. My first thought was, "This guy is too good to be true". I found out, everything they said about Steve was true. I never imagined that I would find a car salesman as sincere and honest as Steve. He made me feel like I was the only one who was buying a car from him. Picked us up at the train station, simply explained everything my wife and I asked in detail and most important, he spoke to us honestly. Like all customers, I wanted the "best deal" and Steve provided that. The price steve gave me was way better than seven other dealers I got a quote from. I have never had the experience of visiting a dealership as big, clean and most important, friendly to the customer as Steve Grady and Valley Honda was to us. More

I bought a Fit Sport for a great price and with great features like the navigation system and bluetooth. I highly recommend Valley Honda and would buy another car there in a heartbeat. More
