Quick Response to a Problem My check engine light came on today, I've never had an issue with my 2013 Kia Optima. It started running sluggish and once I turned it off it was hard My check engine light came on today, I've never had an issue with my 2013 Kia Optima. It started running sluggish and once I turned it off it was hard to get it to start. I called Dave in the service department and he told me to bring it in to see if they could at least get the codes read to see what the problem was and I may have to wait for an appointment tomorrow. To my surprise he was able to get the codes read and have it repaired. Woohoo! I don't have to bring it back another day. He saved the day! I didn't mind the wait because I knew I was being squeezed in between scheduled appointments. I am soooo happy that my Optima was fixed so quickly! Great Job Valley Hi Kia!! JoAnna Torres More

I don't worry about the service that is performed on my vehicle as I know Andy will stay on top of whatever service is needed and will do his best to see that I am a "satisfied" customer. I do not take any of my vehicles elsewhere because of the outstanding service & attention to detail that I get from Andy Patterson. When asked, I always refer Valley Hi and have them asked for Andy, as I know he will provide great service to whomever I recommend More
