I only go to the dealership for all my services. 9/16/19: I went in for an oil change. I got my oil change and they performed the multi point inspection, for free, on my vehicle. I was told the back tires measured at 10/32" and the front tires measured at 9/32". The brakes measured all around at 10mm. 6/15/19: I went in for the 30k service and spent $470.43. This is a factory recommended service. I got my service and they performed the multi point inspection, for free, on my vehicle. I was told the back tires and front tires measured at 8/32". The brakes measured all around at 7mm. back to today (9/16) I get the paperwork back and I tell my service advisor, I think this isn't right. The tires measured higher this time. She said, I will recheck them for you. She gets a gage, checks them and states that the tires are at a 7/32" and not 10/32 and 9/32 as they were reported on the multi point inspection paperwork. I tried to keep the above as objective as possible without my opinion. Now my opinion: After speaking with the Service manager about how someone just falsely reported information to me and how upset I was because I rely on the dealer (the expensive freakin' dealer) to make sure my vehicle is performing correctly, he tells me it was his foreman who did it. WOW! your Foreman....that makes me feel even worse. Now I don't trust the dealership (so much so that I checked my oil to make sure it was actually changed after this) but I feel this is an ok practice throughout the shop if your foreman is doing this. I was offered another multi point inspection with the option of watching it performed on camera, but I am not letting ANYONE from this dealership EVER touch my car again. I do not recommending going here. If you are going to offer a free service: 1. Do it correctly. 2. Don't lie about it. 3. Or just don't freaking offer it. You create distrust when you lie on reports that customers, like myself, rely on. More

Refuse to properly diagnose Awd component yet try to charge I am a medically retired Army veteran and youth minister trying to get my 2015 Kia Sorento with 70k miles on it repaired under warranty the still have I am a medically retired Army veteran and youth minister trying to get my 2015 Kia Sorento with 70k miles on it repaired under warranty the still have my vehicle and want to charge me a diagnosis fee even after they Refused to diagnose the Awd component and then wants to charge for a diagnosis of other repairs they feel it needs to be done before diagnosis of Awd component, dealership refuses to honor warranty work due to a dent on the muffler and so undercarriage scuffs which would not affect the performance of internal AWD Components do not buy or lease or have a Kia repaired at valley hi they will do everything to try and void your warranty I will be seeking legal help and reimbursement of any money I spent trying to get them to do the right thing even lied to me and stated my warranty on my cpo had expired at 60k when in fact they knew it was still valid and never started the claim They still have my car More

Failure to honor price I just came back from this dealer and I'd like to share my experience so others may avoid doing business with the deceitful dealership. My wife and dr I just came back from this dealer and I'd like to share my experience so others may avoid doing business with the deceitful dealership. My wife and drove over an hour to view one of their cars a 2016 Kia Optima listed for $14,927. Being a AAA member we opted to get a AAA member discount certificated of $300 through AAA. AAA has a set of preferred dealerships that allows them to give their member preferred pricing. After going through all the hoops, credit checks, test drives, etc. we get to the last step which is registering the car and taking ownership of it. It's at this point where we noticed that the sales price being reported to the DMV is incorrect. The finance manager says he'll take care of it and talk to the "boss". It's at this time when we were notified that they will not be honoring this deal and to take it or leave it. This is their own words. At this point we had no choice but to walk out. I'm hoping that sharing my experience will help future car buyers in avoiding this dealership as they clearly don't care about their customers. More
