Experience was terrible. My cars engine light was on so I took it in to the dealership to get looked at. Ends up being an issue with the catalytic converter on March 16th and I get a call from the dealershi took it in to the dealership to get looked at. Ends up being an issue with the catalytic converter on March 16th and I get a call from the dealership telling me the issue and that the diagnostic and replacement of the converter was covered by warranty and I wouldn't need to pay for it this was all great no issues so far, this was communicated to me the following Monday March 22nd. At this point I don't have a rental car or anything offered to me. I am told at this point that I also have a cracked pipe and the part needs to be ordered and replaced (total of 825$) and told I should have my car by the following Monday March 29th, I agree to this. That Friday March 26th I call to see if my car is done my representative Brenda Serrano says that the part has arrived and it'll be worked on tomorrow Saturday March 27th and I would be able to pick it up that night. I'm in Vegas this weekend so I let her know I wouldn't be able to pick it up until Monday. Well Monday rolls around NO call from the dealership what so ever, I end up going on tuesday March 30th and I am told my car isn't done. I drove all the way there after I was promised it was going to be done the Saturday before and NEVER got a call that it was still being worked on and not ready. This is after I told Brenda I would be there MONDAY! HORRIBLE customer service... When I get there I'm told that she ordered the wrong part and had to reorder the part and my car should be done by the next Monday April. 5th. This is getting rediculous by this time they've had my car for WEEKS!! Well the next week rolls around it's STILL not ready. I eventually call on April 13th and leave a voicemail with the service manager, Mike, upset because I'm paying 825$ for my car to be at the dealership for A WHOLE MONTH and it's beyond rediculous at this point. He never calls back! I eventually pick up my car on April 15th. They had my car for a whole 30 days.. I never got a rental.. I never got any compensation for their incompetence of not being able to order a correct part the first time... and the thing I'm mostly pissed off about I never even got a sorry that they had my car for so long. I've seen totaled cars get repaired faster than it took them to give my car back to me. When I picked up my car I complained to the service manager Mik,e and he was dismissiv,e didn't really listen to my issues, and rushed through the conversation, kept changing the subject to focus the conversation elsewhere other than my concerns. In the end the best he could do was 25$ off.. after I've been EXTREMELY inconvenienced for an entire month... I'm never buying another kia EVER again.. thoroughly disappointed.. More
