If I could this company a -5 stars that's what I would do. They continue to show me how terrible of a company they are. I took my car in for regular maintenance and they ended up crashing my car. They Then call me to tell me it's not that big of a deal will take care of it and I think to myself cool they're going to take care of it awesome. They end up putting me in a rental and they keep jerking me around on the time my car was going to be ready. First it was in two days, then it was four days, it ended up taking them a week and some days to fix my car. And the worst part is that when they "fixed" it they just painted over the dents. No sanding no texture fixing, just paint right over. Fast forward I go back because I have a maintenance package with them. They work on my car mind you guys the only people that work on my car is Kia because everything is paid for through my package. Once I got the report back they stated that I was missing my engine cover. I called and I told them that they never put my engine cover from the LAST LAST time they worked on it, the time they hit my car, I called them on a Saturday. I was told that I would hear back about my engine cover on Tuesday, it's been two weeks and no one has called me about my engine cover. So I'm just supposed to drive the car like that? It doesn't matter to Kia that everything on my engine is exposed, if water gets on there or if oil messes it up, that's gonna be on Kia. They are the worst at communicating and caring about their customers. Also, when they worked on my car they started I needed a battery and mine was faulty. If that's the case why didn't you guss replace it? It's under warranty? Did Kia not care to give me a battery because in a 1,000 miles the battery warranty would be gone so you guys were just waiting until my battery gave out on me and the warranty ended so I had to pay for a brand new one out of pocket. You guys are jokes. Everyone in the service department is a joke. I have gone into the service department called their phone and have stood in the office watching every single person in that office IGNORE several calls. Everyone seems to not care from the time they answer the phone if they ever do. Destiny is rude, Andy Wilson never answers when they supposedly transfer me to him. Reeco told me he would call me back for my engine cover and never did. This place is a joke, save your money and time and headaches and buy from another dealer. My family hs bought 7 cars from this lot and we will never buy again once we get done with the ones we have now. Stupid Kia. And when I went back to get my battery replaced they told me because it wasn’t completely dead they wouldn’t replace it, they need it to die in order to replace it. Then I told him that last time I came for a check up you guys told me my battery was bad, the service manager then replied we cautioned your battery doesn’t mean is dead yet it just means it’s gonna die soon. Sooo you’re telling me if it dies on me in the middle of the freeway then you guys would care? And then i told him isn’t under warranty and he said under 36k I said I just passed that that’s why I was trying to get to you guys before that happened. He said oh well it’s not covered anymore. Literally they rather your car stop on the freeway and you possibly die then changing a battery they know is already on the verge of dying.. They don’t care about the lives of their customers. More

Unfortunately we were sold a “lemon”. After a few weeks of purchasing the vehicle mechanically issues began to occur. It appears that the computer codes were tampered with to show no prob After a few weeks of purchasing the vehicle mechanically issues began to occur. It appears that the computer codes were tampered with to show no problems. Had to take it for diagnostics to the make’s dealership and all sorts of codes appeared. When trying to remedy the situation, KIA states they cannot help even in good faith due to an implied buyer warranty that is has NA where information should be. A teen who waited to get his first car and more have to go off to college without a car is disappointing. Don’t advise purchasing from here ever AGAIN! Sad. More
