Trade in experience I went in wanting to know about the trade in program. I was having my car serviced and after receiving my diagnostics test I realize I could not affor I went in wanting to know about the trade in program. I was having my car serviced and after receiving my diagnostics test I realize I could not afford to have it fixed. Therefore, I inquired about the trade in program and both sales people helping me were very attentive. Cynthia my sales girl asked me what I wanted and why I was doing the trade in. After realizing the car I had in service had sentimental value she was very sensitive to my situation and let me chose my next purchase without influencing my decision. She catered to my needs. Service Dept. I have been taking both my Honda,s to them since 2013. My service adviser is Sylvia Illman. She is the only service adviser I will work with, she is f I have been taking both my Honda,s to them since 2013. My service adviser is Sylvia Illman. She is the only service adviser I will work with, she is friendly, trustworthy and very knowledgeable with Honda's especially with my 1991 Prelude. She will NOT recommend service if not needed, She will always tell you what your vehicle needs and when she does it will be the truth. She listens to your concerns and helps with the solution to fix the issues that need servicing. I will only see her when I bring my Honda,s to Valley Hi, if she is not there, than I will wait to see her, I trust her with her knowledge and truthfulness of Honda's, if I have a question that can be solved, without stopping by she has always answered the question, thus making it a lot easier on me. Sylvia's has always shown that her number one is customer satisfaction. is what makes a better day for me, when your vehicle breaks down, and you do not want to have to deal with it, she makes it a better day. She keeps me up to date on repairs and if any changes were made. Valley Hi should do what ever it takes to keep Sylvia, she is a keeper without her being there who knows, if she was to leave that would get me to think about not going back. Valley Hi do the right thing with her keep her happy if she is happy than your customers will be happy too. More
