After negotiating a really good price on a Certified 2016 Honda Odyssey, I decided to pi Homer and Payman at Valley Hi Honda are sensational managers! After negotiating a really good price on a Certified 2016 Honda Odyssey, I decided to pick it up and drive it home to San Francisco, 425 miles away, as the car shipping companies quoted high fees and cannot commit to delivery dates. Without hesitation, Homer offered to pick me up from Ontario airport and drive me to the dealership! Homer picked me up on time today at 8 am at the airport and we chatted cordially while he drove us 45 minutes to the dealership- what customer service! Payman greeted me with a big smile and offer to get food or beverages for me at the local Starbucks. He showed me the car which was getting detailed this morning so it will look and feel brand new when I take possession. He went back and found a few spots that he was not happy with and had the guys touch them up. The entire team was friendship and efficient. They had the paperwork drawn up and I drove off with the like new vehicle happy that I made the trip. 7 hours later when I got home I got a text from Payman thanking me for the purchase. From start to finish I had a wonderful time dealing with Valley Hi Honda. The entire team is friendly and professional, the facility is modern and neat, and I was treated with respect and a smile.
