I was in a unique situation. Franco actually drove 2 hrs to pick me up. He had picked out and matched the perfect car for me and my fiancee'(actually my fiancee' is set on buying a Chrysler 300 from Falls M to pick me up. He had picked out and matched the perfect car for me and my fiancee'(actually my fiancee' is set on buying a Chrysler 300 from Falls Motor City this summer), so I didn't even want to look at another car. Franco and Joe knew each other when they were young, but Joe was impressed seeing such a professional side of Franco now. Joe as a Masters in Finance, was astounded by the speed and ease of the transaction with Bobby Cruse in the finance dept at Falls Motor City. I love my new car and could not be happier! More

Throw out all your preconceived notions regarding the high pressure used car salesman treatment. John Gorny is a true professional: knowledgeable, personable, patient, and no pressure! He knew his inventory, and he knew his products, inside and out. Although low-key when we were deciding on a vehicle to buy, he was an "energizer bunny" when it came to working a deal for us. Buying a car can be frustrating, waiting around for decisions to be made by unseen personnel, waiting around for the endless paperwork. None of this was true at Falls Motor City. John kept us informed and the deal moving swiftly along. Brian Myers was also a breath of fresh air. He, too, was a true professional, efficient and very knowledgeable about financing products. I came to falls dodge to buy a white challenger r/t. but i left with a black challenger instead. karen worked really hard to get me the challenger i wanted. i was very picky as to the features i wanted, and i left with a black challenger instead. karen worked really hard to get me the challenger i wanted. i was very picky as to the features i wanted, and she tracked down that car. she even drove 50 miles away to personally pick up the car herself. she was honest from start to finish. when it came time to sign my life away, the numbers never changed. there was no smoke blowing anywhere. i couldn't be happier with my experience at falls dodge. especially with karen, she did a great job, over and above what she really had to do. if i were to buy another car, i would call karen first, and i would suggest the same to anyone else... I have bought over ten new vehicles over the years and this is the most fun I have had by far because the way I was treated.
