Franco was a straight forward, honest salesman. I emailed the dealership from their website saying I wanted to test drive a vehicle. 15 minutes before I said I would arrive, Franco called me letting me know the dealership from their website saying I wanted to test drive a vehicle. 15 minutes before I said I would arrive, Franco called me letting me know the vehicle was all ready to go for me when I got there. Very efficient and easy! Loved the car. Pretty happy with the price / my apr / the monthly payment / the down payment. Process took a little longer than expected, but overall - nice gentlemen and good dealership. More

Franko helped get me out of a tight spot I had a truck I couldn't afford any more. I got out of my truck payment and left with a vehicle I think should be dependable and left with no payment what a relief t couldn't afford any more. My wife called the dealership just to find out the hours they were open. She hung up before anyone answered. Within a few seconds after hanging up, John called her back. We were able to set up a time for they were open. She hung up before anyone answered. Within a few seconds after hanging up, John called her back. We were able to set up a time for me to come and test drive a Compass. John contacted me several times before the test drive to make sure he found the exact car I was looking to drive. When I got a chance to meet with him, he took a lot of time with me and answered all my questions. I wasn't able to test drive until the next day (just a scheduling thing on my part), and John was off. But, he set us up with Greg Mordew, who was extremely helpful as well. We ended up buying a different car at a different dealership (not a Jeep), but that was more because of what I was looking for more than the service or selection at Falls. We were extremely pleased with John/Greg and would have no problem recommending them. More

I went to Falls Motor City just to get an idea of what I needed to get my self into a new Jeep Patriot. Little did I know that I had everything I needed when I drove onto their lot. I was approached by Ka needed to get my self into a new Jeep Patriot. Little did I know that I had everything I needed when I drove onto their lot. I was approached by Karen and she simply asked "What are you looking for" I told her a Jeep Patriot. She than asked if I have ever even driven one I said no. Went for the test drive and loved everything about the Patriot. She never pressured me about buying the vehicle at all. When we returned they looked at the truck I would be trading in and gave me a very FAIR trade in value for it. She did everything in her power to get me the most money for my truck. After checking my credit and getting approved I was than moved to Mr. Cruse who was able to get me to get an extended warranty for only an extra 10 dollars a month which still kept my payment under what I wanted it to be. Both Karen Shapuite and Bobby Cruse were very helpful and made the whole experience an enjoyable one. I would recommend Falls Motor City to anyone. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I have ever had! I was driving off the lot with my new Jeep Patriot with a payment under what I wanted to pay w/an extended warranty included in under 2 hours. Not to mention free car washes and 2 free oil changes. Awesome experience. Needless to say Falls Motor City has met and surpassed all expectations. I will return to Falls Motor City when I am in need of another new or used vehicle. More
