This is the "Cadillac" of car dealerships! I have purchased many new cars over my lifetime, but I have never had a more pleasant or easier experience. My wife hates to car shop so my mission wa I have purchased many new cars over my lifetime, but I have never had a more pleasant or easier experience. My wife hates to car shop so my mission was to narrow the process down to a couple of vehicles and then take her in to choose. I was partial to the ATS because of its handling but I thought she would prefer the large XTS, but we would probably compromise on the middle size CTS. I explained the situation to the salesperson, Hoang Levin. He spent as much time as I needed showing me various vehicles of each model type. I told him that I needed to go home and get my wife for her opinion. We scheduled a time later that afternoon. When my wife and I arrived, Hoang had lined up all three models with the engines running and the climate control on. She and I each drove each vehicle and, to my amazement, she agreed with me that the ATS was the car for us. Hoang then showed us numerous vehicles in stock via the computer and we decided to take one that was on the showroom floor. Negotiation of price was friendly and fair. When we arrived the next day to take delivery, all details had been handled properly and we drove out with our new ATS after only about 30 minutes. The whole experience could not have been better. More

Horrible customer service and scam artist Good evening I am contacting you with hopes of getting justice. I recently brought my car in for service as always to the valley caddilac dealer in Ro Good evening I am contacting you with hopes of getting justice. I recently brought my car in for service as always to the valley caddilac dealer in Rochester ny I think it's winton rd south. My usual advisor was out sick so someone by the name of Scott offered to help which at first he seemed friendly. He told me that before he could even give my car a diagnosis I would have to agree on buying a new battery because my power was dead. Once I agreed he stated he would call me back after he takes a look, which that never happened so after about 2hrs I called back and asked is he found out anything he then stated I needed to prepay another 250 dollars for a fuel diagnosis which I thought was odd so I simply asked him when would my regular advisor be back and then he just snapped on me yelling and threatening to rip out the battery that they had put in and putting my car outside. Yelling at me for no reason. I was totally violated and I have witnesses because my sons therapiest was at my house because my son has autism. I also taped the conversation once he started yelling and threatening to do things to my car. The next day I was called and told that they decided not to fix my car and that I needed to pick it up right away and that it would be parked outside. They had my car for 3 days mind u I have a disabled child and then god knows what they did to my car during that time. All I am asking for is justice because I had to pay to tow my car there and then pay to tow it back home and now I am without a car until I find another dealer that fixes Cadillacs. I have been a loyal customer never complaining about the costs and I am no where near rich. The only reason I haven't gone to the press and played the tapes conversation is because my regular advisor jim never did anything wrong he has always done me right but if someone doesn't make Scott accountable for his actions I will peruse this because no one I repeat no one deserves to be treated the way I was. I can't be reached at 585-694-9418 and my name is Connie Anderson I have spent about $6500 over the past two yrs at valley on service. I don't deserve to be treated the way I was treated. More
