I was 2 days past my inspection date and also needed an oil change. They told me 2 of my tires wouldn't pass inspection and the others were marginal. I said replace the 2 tires and was told I'd also need a oil change. They told me 2 of my tires wouldn't pass inspection and the others were marginal. I said replace the 2 tires and was told I'd also need an alignment. They also said my rear brakes were close to needing replacement, but I said don't do those now. Then the service Mgr said I would need all 4 tires replaced or the car would drive funny. I said ok do all 4 tires, the alignment, oil change & inspection. They had to order the tires, so I had to wait til the next day. But they did give me a loaner. When I went to pay the bill, I saw that they ended up doing everything INCLUDING the brakes, saying it was needed to pass inspection. Not what I was originally told. The Service Mgr promised he'd "cut me a deal". The total bill was over $2600 and the "deal" was $108 off! Wow! What a deal! They overcharge and always tell me I need way more stuff than I came in for. NEVER going there again and will tell everyone I know about my experience. I'm SO glad I bought my vehicle at another dealer. At least they didn't get that sale. More
Brought my caddy in for inspection. Was told I needed to replace all 4 tires-which was odd since I had a flat within the last 6 months and had already done my back two tires. Told them I didnt have the money and please just do the front two. Drove home all tire pressures were the same and within 24 hours of me not driving anywhere else my back tire started to deflate. Coincidence right? So the manager lies and tells me theres NOTHING THEY COULD DO to make that happen as if Im stupid. I then took their "recommended service list" which had 6 things on it to another mechanic who told me I didnt need half of it. They are Shady AF and overpriced. They lie. and even though I cant prove it I will never buy another caddy or go to this service shop ever again. And I will spread the word through Rochester and ALL MY CLIENTS not to go here. More

I purchased a tire and rim warranty from Valley Cadillac only problem they wouldn't accept the warranty they said I didn't have one so I purchased the tire myself and never got reimbursed the $100 they owed only problem they wouldn't accept the warranty they said I didn't have one so I purchased the tire myself and never got reimbursed the $100 they owed me after I got a reimbursement from the tire and rimco.Ally More

Since I live in MA and only visit Rochester, she did an amazing job staying in touch remotely, organizing the paperwork, and making it all hassle-free. After purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle from one of the so called best dealer ships in my area It has been nothing but a unpleasant experience in the service department l, I have only had the car fo of the so called best dealer ships in my area It has been nothing but a unpleasant experience in the service department l, I have only had the car for 8 months and have had to visit the service department almost 5 different occasions, they refuse to be honest and address issues in a professional manner. Understand there will be a diagnosis fee. Even on parts covered under your warranty, they will call u reassure you there is no fee o my until you are there to pickup your vehicle and hit I with a 210 diagnoses fee. This dealership is a joke in the service department. More

I would like to start by saying the sales side of the house was fantastic. Alecia did an amazing job and I would recommend her to anyone in the market and an automobile. Service however.... WOW. My wife and I were so proud of ourselves for being at a point in our life where we could purchase an Escalade! After purchase, we noticed there were no mats in the car- we made that part of the purchase agreement that the car should have mats. Alecia made that happen! On the drive home we noticed at 40 MPH the rotors were shaking when braking. We alerted them and they said bring it back in. This is a CERTIFIED PRE OWNED I might add... But we had to go back for the Mats anyways. So I get there, they said "yep this is our bad we missed this we are just going to SHAVE the rotors". I said NO WAY. on a 100k automobile you are going to replace these as that's the right thing to do. After much back and forth, they have me bring it in for repair. They replaced the FRONT rotors ONLY. After tons of back and forth and me asking for all 4 to be done at once this was all they would do. I have been waiting for 3 weeks with NO CALL BACK from service... I have no choice but to write this review in hopes that the owner gets in touch as service will not get me their info. The rotors should be replaced. It was The service teams miss and they are trying to put a band aid on it. - A new customer.... And possible 1 time customer if this isnt made right More
