They have worked with me when it has been about cost of parts and have always made sure I knew the car I Every time I go there I am never disapointed. They have worked with me when it has been about cost of parts and have always made sure I knew the car I was loaned. Even with this past snow fall they were super busy. They still took excellent care of me and somehow got my car done that day. I was amazed by this because I had to tow the car there with 2 flat front tires and a dead battery. Dropped off the keys first thing and done by the time I got of work. Polite, honest and friendly. Been going for years. More

Just and oil change I’ve been using Valley GMC for service on my wife’s 2012 LaCrosse for 6 years. Always have been satisfied by the quality of the mechanical work and the customer service. If needed, they have to problem getting you in the “loaner” car if yours is tied up for the day or more. They will tell you what the charges will be and that is what the charges are. More

2018 Acadia Denali - What's not to like? I purchased a new Acadia Denali in May 2018, and not being a very frequent new car buyer, I was expecting Tim, the salesman, to stick bamboo shoots u I purchased a new Acadia Denali in May 2018, and not being a very frequent new car buyer, I was expecting Tim, the salesman, to stick bamboo shoots under my finger nails to get me to buy. To my surprise, Tim was vary laid back and helped me BUY the vehicle rather than trying to SELL me one. There is a big difference.. During the process, I upgraded from an SE to the Denali, with no prompting from Tim. My first oil/filter change, wihch recently took place, was also a pleasant experience. Free coffee, rolls, and a comfortable lounge, made the wait more than bearable.. When I'm ready for my next new vehicle, I'll surely check with Valley first. By then they'll likely be selling autonomous self-drivng hover-pods. More

Computer light check 9 am service appt that took over 1 hour 20 minutes to complete. They had to simply plug into computer port (in-cab) for engine light check. They also perform the services they are asked to. Nothing more, nothing less. I just do not like the attitude of some (few) of the employees. I also did not appreciate the fact that I was not followed up with when I requested or that when called a voice message is not always left if the call is missed. I also do not like how when a call is returned, the staff members have no idea why they called as if they do not notate our accounts. More
