I purchased my second Yukon in 4 years from Valley. I love the salesperson Connor and he is fabulous. Valley service is not even acceptable. I scheduled an oil change, Heather lectured me on how muc I love the salesperson Connor and he is fabulous. Valley service is not even acceptable. I scheduled an oil change, Heather lectured me on how much she knew and then no calls throughout the day, no updates, no service work performed. I called at 4:30 and they said, yep it is here and we can for sure get you in next week. Wow. All day and no oil change. Scheduled Saturday morning at Walser and done at 8Am while I waited. I would have given 0 but it wasn't an option. Also, if people think I am being hard on them for not completing any work, this has almost happened before where they phoned me at 3 and said we are backed up but again having the vehicle for a full day and then another call, we have you taken care of at 4:30. This time, no calls, no communication, and a call Monday saying call me, but again no follow up. Look in the system and see another fixed your created issue. More
