The service department advisors are great but the techs working on your vehicle are hit or miss. Last time i had my truck serviced they overfilled my DEF and left the mess (which if you ever spilled DEF yo working on your vehicle are hit or miss. My service was excellent and completed in a timely manner. Also the use of a loaner car was made easy and the vehicle was in quality condition. I brought my car in to have normal maintenance done and I was welcomed and taken care of right. Alex ended up being my service advisor. He reported to me what needed to be done and even offered to wash my ca was welcomed and taken care of right. Alex ended up being my service advisor. Alex said the next time I brought it in he would help me get the rack off to have it washed. He was so kind and thoughtful. More
