Computer light check 9 am service appt that took over 1 hour 20 minutes to complete. They had to simply plug into computer port (in-cab) for engine light check. I also did not appreciate the fact that I was not followed up with when I requested or that when called a voice message is not always left if the call is missed. I also do not like how when a call is returned, the staff members have no idea why they called as if they do not notate our accounts. More

While I know I can probably find places with shorter appointment waiting times or less expensive prices, my past experience has shown me that the Valley dealership is a better value. More

Missing a step Sadly another bad service. Had high hopes because my last service was really good. Bad communication (I should say No communication) during the day Sadly another bad service. Only called me back after I called later afternoon (3pm) when I dropped my car at 8am. Also service couldn’t get a valet to bring my car around at end of day. Service advisor overheard and went to get when I walked out to get myself which I appreciate. Pulled it around and of course it hadn’t been washed. It’s my assumption when they call to say your car is ready it’s actually ready. Again I don’t go to service for a car wash but it’s something about having pride in the cars coming off their lot I would think they would want to have that shine and good feeling when a customer leaves. But then again given the actions maybe not.... More

Service Center is awesome. Trust them completely I will always go to Valley for service and to buy cars. The Service Center is awesome. They take the time to explain and to even let you know what the I will always go to Valley for service and to buy cars. The Service Center is awesome. They take the time to explain and to even let you know what they think the issue is when you drive your car in. The prices are always fair and the repair is always 100% correct and well done. This is why I go to Valley first to buy cars. I know that the dealership is full of integrity and expertise and will always trust them completely. I can't say enough nice things and it is a blessing to find a dealership/service department who will not take advantage of you in the Metro Area!!!
