There was grease and handprints on the outside of my truck. The seat plastic and floor paper were still in there. The next oil change sticker was ridiculously placed. All services are consistently performed as expected, so the product is reliable. At my last service experience with this dealer, the staff was cold at best, but the initial word that comes to mind is “rude the product is reliable. At my last service experience with this dealer, the staff was cold at best, but the initial word that comes to mind is “rude”. Apparently the attitude stems from the dealer / staff not liking that I book service or purchase parts using the GMC app, which was heavily promoted by the sales staff upon my recent vehicle purchase. At least thats what the woman who checked me in told me. More
