They still took excellent care of me and somehow got my car done that day. I was amazed by this because I had to tow the car there with 2 flat front tires and a dead battery. 2018 Acadia Denali - What's not to like? I purchased a new Acadia Denali in May 2018, and not being a very frequent new car buyer, I was expecting Tim, the salesman, to stick bamboo shoots u I purchased a new Acadia Denali in May 2018, and not being a very frequent new car buyer, I was expecting Tim, the salesman, to stick bamboo shoots under my finger nails to get me to buy. To my surprise, Tim was vary laid back and helped me BUY the vehicle rather than trying to SELL me one. There is a big difference.. During the process, I upgraded from an SE to the Denali, with no prompting from Tim. My first oil/filter change, wihch recently took place, was also a pleasant experience. Free coffee, rolls, and a comfortable lounge, made the wait more than bearable.. When I'm ready for my next new vehicle, I'll surely check with Valley first. By then they'll likely be selling autonomous self-drivng hover-pods. More
