I have bought 3 trucks there in a row. I would not have come back there it I had been dissatisfied. I will say that the issue I had with the lifter replacement will cause me to reconsider I would not have come back there it I had been dissatisfied. I will say that the issue I had with the lifter replacement will cause me to reconsider buying another GMC product,as it should have been a recall on the engines that were used in GM trucks, in general!!! I researched it and found that there is many issues out there. 4500.00 dollars is a lot of money! Never had to spend near that on both the previous 2 trucks combined. Not even half of that. I will never bring my vehicle back to Valley Buick for service! Heather is an awful service advisor!! Issue #1 - had to get something with the power steering replaced while my vehicle was under warranty. Heather did not submit the claim and I was forced to pay in full to retrieve my vehicle. When I brought up that this work was supposed to be covered by my warranty she said it was too late to process because I already paid. Issue #2 - made an appointment with a different service advisor for several flashing errors on my dashboard. Heather took it upon herself to take over my appointment even though I had never spoken to her about what was wrong. Despite me asking questions about the issues with my vehicle when she called to give me a quote, the work I requested when I made the appointment was not done. When I picked my vehicle up, the errors that I had made the appointment for immediately showed up on the dashboard and now my vehicle was violently jerking at speeds above 45 mph. I immediately called Heather who stated that wasn’t what I made the appointment for, despite it being written in the service order. Then she told me I would have to bring it back in but they wouldn’t be able to get to it until Tuesday, this was on a Thursday. When I told her that wasn’t acceptable because my service order also stated I needed my vehicle done by 4:00 pm that day because my 2 of my children had State that weekend which was why I brought my car in on Tuesday morning that week, so they had 3 days to fix it. Instead, they didn’t do the work I requested, my vehicle was in worse condition than when I brought it in and completely unsafe to drive, and now I was stranded with no vehicle for an additional minimum of 5 days. I have brought my vehicle back in twice, something is still wrong with it, it drives worse than when I originally brought it in. I have expressed my distrust and frustration to service manager who yelled at me, made me cry, accused me of plotting to skip out on the bill and will not fix my vehicle. So now I’ve paid for service that should have been covered under warranty, paid for service that did not address the problem I brought my vehicle in for, spent nearly 2 weeks without a vehicle, and they refuse to acknowledge that my vehicle drives worse than before they worked on it. If you take your vehicle to Valley Buick, do not ever work with Heather or allow her to take over the service. More

The tech didn’t fasten my ac control unit properly leaving it jiggling in the dash board. Mind you this was THE part they were replacing. This meant I had to go back the next day and get them to fix i leaving it jiggling in the dash board. Mind you this was THE part they were replacing. This meant I had to go back the next day and get them to fix it which did take maybe 20 minutes and they were apologetic but I’m a little disappointed it just wasn’t done correctly the first time. Customers service was good and I don’t doubt they would have made right anything done poorly. More
