my first 5 or so oil changes went fine. But during my last oil change the cable connection under the engine for the backup camera was physically disconnected. I had to bring truck back and But during my last oil change the cable connection under the engine for the backup camera was physically disconnected. I had to bring truck back and leave for 2 days to find out it was done during oil change. after being without my truck for 2 days, i never even got a sorry from anyone. was not impressed. More
