Had truck in for alignment and few other issues about 3 weeks ago. Picked up the truck and now I have a new issue. With steering wheel straight the truck heads to the right. Only time I could drop it off was the evening before. I was supposed to be 9:00 am appointment and I was going to wait then drive it home. I called late in the afternoon to make sure it was ready. Casey answered the phone and said they just got it in the shop. Casey went back to see how things are going. She let me know that tires were rotated and nothing else because it was end of day. Now the truck needs to have the tires rotated back again. Only reason I didn’t give a lower score is because of Casey. She is very nice in a difficult situation. Nobody even reached out to try to make this right several days later. Now I need to get reimbursed for the alignment. Have to take the truck to another garage for alignment and to get my tires re-rotated. Good luck with your experiences More

Heather Swanson knows her stuff. Based on the explanation of my problem, she told me what was wrong with my vehicle even before the mechanics got a look at it. And she was right! Heather lined up my appointment with the availability of a loaner vehicle and I really appreciated that. The best part is there was no charge for the loaner. My vehicle was done sooner than I expected and Heather called me to tell me I could pick it up. It's been running and starting fine ever since. More
