Alex in the service center was very helpful. It appeared he could not find my online booking for an oil change, but he got me in anyway. The oil change was done quicker than Alex estimated. The cashier in the service center was very friendly and enjoyable to work with. I did request my car be run through the car wash and I’m not sure that it was. If it was, it’s not a very good car wash because the windshield didn’t even get totally clean. Also, though I was able to still get in, this would be the second time I made an appointment online and they did not have me on the schedule. More

Everyone at the Apple Valley dealership was friendly, helpful and informative! Stephen explained I detail what the problem was with my Encore. My new best friend ( I can’t remember her name.. ) was at th helpful and informative! Stephen explained I detail what the problem was with my Encore. My new best friend ( I can’t remember her name.. ) was at the desk processing my paperwork and getting me lined up with a loner SUV. We talked and talked about everything!
