I did an online service request on Thursday for a Monday morning appointment. Had to have my car towed in on Friday afternoon. Had the fuel pump replaced on Monday morning and picked it up Monday early afte morning appointment. Had to have my car towed in on Friday afternoon. I appreciated the swiftness they exercised when servicing my car. When I got there I had 4 grandchildren with me. The wait was 50 minutes. They said I had scheduled a drop off!
