Avoid buying Certified Preowned or any vehicle from this dealership. They sold me a CO that had been in a major accident prior without disclosing this because would have never purchased a car in this condit dealership. I found out only after the breaks went out during a road trip (24,000 miles in the car) and could have turned fatal. The car has over $10,000 worth of damage and the engine is falling out and everything is bent underneath the car and Valley BMW refuses to do anything and blames me for the damage. I am in the middle of filling a lawsuit against them so unless you want a ton of lawyer expenses which I will pay no matter the cost because wrong is wrong, avoid this place. More
I had my 2017 BMW X3 serviced here my parts was bought from Amazon prime not from the manufacturer the boxes and my parts was left in my vehicle a guy name Ben who can’t be a licensed mechanic treats peop from Amazon prime not from the manufacturer the boxes and my parts was left in my vehicle a guy name Ben who can’t be a licensed mechanic treats people very disrespectful please do not take your vehicle here my bill was 1800$ and my car was having the same issue the next day expected after putting parts from Amazon on there More

Horrible customer service. As a customer one my think that spending upwards of 90k the service should be a bit personal. My business will be somewhere else. Good luck trying to get a VIP treatment from these folks. More
I needed a cheap commuter vehicle and I knew what I wanted when I went in. I had great customer service from the salesman, Randy. Very accommodating, friendly and professional. But the manager wouldn’t allow me to use my own bank for financing. Tried to convince me that their finance department was better choice. I couldn’t purchase the car unless I went through them. I decided to precede not knowing they would end up putting 5 hard inquiries on my credit report!!! 5!!!!! For a cheap $10k vehicle!!! Needless to say, I’m very upset with this place. The manager was a young cocky sales person. Very disappointed. More

We bought our first BMW today at Valley Auto World in Fayetteville, NC. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and experience with the staff. Our salesman, Dustin Ziebell, was the best. Always issues with this dealer when it comes to service. Scheduled service always go wrong. Scratched and damaged all 4 new rims on first ever tire change and they do not claim any responsibility. AVOID!The dealership failed to register the vehicle AVOID! The dealership failed to register the vehicle within the law-established limit of 28 days in the state of NC. They received a request for addi AVOID! The dealership failed to register the vehicle within the law-established limit of 28 days in the state of NC. They received a request for additional information from DMV within 2 weeks and never acted on it. By the time I escalated, left numerous voice mails and eventually was able to get a hold of someone at Valley Auto World 40 days after my purchase, it was beyond the 28 day limit. They are still trying to get it registered at the moment of writing this review. They are REFUSING to compensate me for the time I was unable to use the vehicle past 28 days (it's a class 3 misdemeanor to operate unregistered vehicle in NC). I was privately told by one of the employees I reached that vehicle registration is a long standing issue at this dealership across all brands. Matthew Tenhundfeld, General Sales Manager at Valley Auto World BMW, was the one who first ignored my numerous voicemails about the issue for over a week, and then refused to compensate for inability to use the vehicle when I was able to get a hold of him. The lady Alex who directly works on vehicle registration NEVER returned my calls at all. Still waiting for the vehicle to get registered! More
