Lost a Customer Dear Vallejo Nissan, Thought you’ be interested to know why so many people don’t trust Dealerships and why you lost me as a new/repeat customer; he Dear Vallejo Nissan, Thought you’ be interested to know why so many people don’t trust Dealerships and why you lost me as a new/repeat customer; here’s my story: 1) On 9-2-17, I came to you with 2013 Nissan Sentra transmission problems. The dynastic showed a new transmission was needed. I was quoted $5000+ and told to effect that only a Nissan dealer could make this repair due to the system being CVT that needed computer codes / flashing that only Nissan could do. A little research; which included a call to the California Department of Consumer Affairs, found that not to be the case. I was able to find a qualified and reputable place of repair that could do the replacement, gave a far better warranty, and was $1000 less than your bid for the job. Strike 1! 2) Following up from my visit to you on 9-2-17, I recently received a card in the mail from you. The card advised me that when you last saw my car, it was discovered that my Sentra’s tires needed “replacement”. Really? The tires on the car at the time of the last visit were “BRAND NEW!” STRIKE 2! You will not have a chance for Strike 3… More

Awesome Service I came in last week and bought a new Nissan Rogue. The customer service was so great that when we realized that my husband's 2005 Nissan Altima neede I came in last week and bought a new Nissan Rogue. The customer service was so great that when we realized that my husband's 2005 Nissan Altima needed an oil change, this was the first place I thought of going. Everyone was super friendly and nice. I'll definitely be coming back here for all my service needs. More

I or my family will never buy a car from here ever and hope other will not fall into this dealers trap and have to pay lots for repairs keep your family's safe don't buy faulty nissans More
