Do not buy used. Jeep broke down before I even left the lot. Should have sold it then to save a headache. Terrible? Awful? These words do not resonate with my experience at Valenti Jeep. Amazing! Incredible! Fantastic! The seamless process I endured was professional and enjoyable from beginning to end with Kris Qirici. Kris was fair, honest, courteous, cordial, and moreover, had a sense of humor. When buying a vehicle, people do not necessarily equate the six pillars of character with the journey. However, be rest assured, with Kris, he demonstrates all six with stellar ratings...respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, trustworthiness, and citizenship. He goes above and beyond the actual purchase/delivery by ensuring his customers are taken care of...personally. I don't understand how you can spend $40000 dollars on a truck and within second of having a problem be told sorry can't help you. This truck has caused me more problem then any vehicle I have ever own.(all dpf junk) so we left and if something catastrophic happens to my truck because there to lazy to walk outside and plug into my truck then what oh sorry it isn't warrantied because you drove with the CEL light on. I will add my sales man and the financial guy there when I bought the truck were the only good and kind people there. More
