Without a doubt the BEST car dealership experience we have had in a really long time (and we go through dozens and dozens of vehicles!) Our salesperson, Jason, was amazing and everyone we interacted with have had in a really long time (and we go through dozens and dozens of vehicles!) Our salesperson, Jason, was amazing and everyone we interacted with here was extremely friendly, helpful, and not pushy at all. Doreen was able to find the exact Grand Cherokee we were looking for and provide the information we were looking for regarding trim packages and finance options. She put us in touch with Jason, the entire experience was seamless and stress free. We felt as though they were truly looking out for what was best for us and listened to what was important to us! We had an awful experience at another local Jeep dealership and had contemplated switching brands entirely after decades of dedication to Jeep. We actually had initially contacted Nick at their VW location, who after listening to exactly what we wanted, referred us back to Jeep knowing ultimately that's what we wanted in a new vehicle. Thanks to the team at Valenti CDJR this will now be our "go-to" dealership for sales and service! Jason even took the time to introduce us to the service manager, Paul, before we took delivery of our new Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe so we could put a face to the name for our future visits.
