I went to this dealer, despite its horrible reputation (service wise), because of its location in my hometown of Valencia. I needed two things, my tire pressure warning was active, and I wanted to have s (service wise), because of its location in my hometown of Valencia. The phone attendant, who sounded rushed and overworked, advised me that I didn't need an appointment that particular day and that I should just drive in, so that's what I did. Upon arrival, I was not greeted as I am at Lexus and Mercedes of Valencia (the service at Mercedes of Valencia is bad, but its top notch compared to this BMW). I went inside and the receptionist (whose name escapes me) was so busy with phone calls, she never looked up at me. Maybe its because I didn't have the most expensive BMW or because I wasn't dressed in a suit at the time... but I basically had to force her to talk to me. She was not friendly and my impression was that I was a bother keeping her from her never ending incoming phone lines. I'm a manager in hospitality and I know that a guest's or customer's sense of arrival is extremely important to the overall experience... and so far, I was off to a bad start. The gentleman that actually helped with my car was not very friendly, but at least he gave me his attention, which at the time seemed far better than my experience with the greeter/receptionist. I told hiim about the tire warning and the licsense covers. It was like pulling teeth trying to get the receptionist to help me get the covers from their little store, but once I did, the gentleman from service put them on. Leaving the dealership, I'm left with a negative feeling, a bad memory, and overall sense of disappointment that this dealership isn't service driven. Now, a couple days later, my tire warning is back on, and I don't know what I'll do. It seems obvious this guy must have reset the switch, but must not have checked the tires. I suppose I'll have to drive to an unfamiliar city and try to find a dealership that actually cares about people. Lucky Me. Avoid this dealer at all costs!!! More

My husband bought a certified pre-owned BMW from another dealer but decided to go to Valencia BMW fo WARNING -DO NOT USE this dealership for service! My husband bought a certified pre-owned BMW from another dealer but decided to go to Valencia BMW for service because it was closer to home. The car had brand new tires but 2 months later, the computer indicated that the car had a flat tire so my husband took the car to Valencia BMW. They replaced the tire and my husband drove off but the computer still indicated that he had a flat tire. My husband immediately called the dealership to relay the problem and the dealership asked him to return. My husband went back and they adjusted the computer so it no longer indicated a flat tire. A few days later, the car's computer indicated that it had a flat tire again. My husband went back to the same dealer and now the service department said that the rim had to be replaced for $1,100. It wasn't a flat tire to begin with but a rim problem yet they did not take the time to diagnose the problem correctly. When the service department was questioned, they said, “We don't check, we only replace tires.” This was totally absurd and very frustrating! Now my husband's car is getting the rim replaced besides paying $506 for a new tire that wasn't the problem to begin with. The car has been with the dealership for a week waiting to be repaired. This whole ordeal has costs us unnecessary tire replacement, inconvenience and a total waste of time. This service department does not know what real "customer service" means. There is NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Their customer service DID NOT MEET CUSTOMER EXPECTATION. The quality of their customer service is TOTALLY FLAWED or NONEXISTENT. Therefore, we DO NOT RECOMMEND Valencia BMW service department to anyone. More
