Dealership was out of loaners however was able to be accommodated at Enterprise. Took a lot longer than I wanted on the road in 3 hours. All this just to a ride to work to get a call from the dealership accommodated at Enterprise. Took a lot longer than I wanted on the road in 3 hours. I had a pleasurable experience with Valencia BMW. When I arrived, I was greeted in a clean driveway and welcomed into the lobby while my vehicle was parked.
