My experience at BMW Valencia was very pleasant. The staff was very courteous and professional. They have a night drop box so you can drop your car off the day before your scheduled service. When I pick it up after the repair,the engine was dusty and inside the car was also dirty. Repair was very expensive for timing chain/belt,but the service employee, Mr. Schwartz was excellent with his serv and inside the car was also dirty. Easy to make an appointment. Convienent location. Upon arrival a service worker directed me to park. As I exited my car the service advisor happened to be at the podium.
