Service department through Jesse they try the best with what they are allowed. Sales when they make a mistake they don't own up or even give you options. I do 3 year lease return and I want maintenance pac what they are allowed. Sales when they make a mistake they don't own up or even give you options. If you’re a female and need service work RUN to anywhere except here. I was charged for 4 hours of labor for a radiator hose change which when a male friend called was told 2-3 hours labor MAX.
