For various personal reasons, I had to cancel my service appointment 4 times. That has to be a record. However, when I finally was able to make my appointment, they were very happy to see me and didn’t me appointment 4 times. That has to be a record. However, when I finally was able to make my appointment, they were very happy to see me and didn’t mention it once. I wasn’t sure how long the service was going to take, so I brought my iPad with me. I inquired about a shuttle ride home and they were again, happy to accommodate me. The ride was very pleasant in one of their full sized SUVs. I got dropped off and worked on a few things that I needed to get done. Once finished, I had lunch and just as I finished, I got a call that my car was ready and that they would send a shuttle out to me. Wow, talk about perfect timing. Once back, I settled my accounts at the front desk and got to my car. It sat there waiting for all nice and clean. They had washed it. That was another thing that I needed to get done, but now I could cross that off my list of things to do! I’m a fairly busy person these days and it’s always nice to get treated nicely once in a while More
