I came in for a windshield replacement and had a pleasant drop-off experience and cheerfully left with my loaner vehicle provided. There were unfortunate delays with the replacement windshield and appreciate drop-off experience and cheerfully left with my loaner vehicle provided. There were unfortunate delays with the replacement windshield and appreciated being informed every step of the way. Once it was ready I had an expedient check-out with the helpful and kind cashier. The new windshield installed looked great and my car was cleaned and looked brand new. Thank you everyone for the great customer service, I left with a big smile on my face. 😀 More

Service was slow I arrived at 9am my appointment was at 9:20 am, I did not get checked in until 10:30 Am, then I was it would take 2 half hours for an oil change, so I asked for a shuttle it took shuttle t 9:20 am, I did not get checked in until 10:30 Am, then I was it would take 2 half hours for an oil change, so I asked for a shuttle it took shuttle them 40 minutes when I got drop off I call the car was ready, so had to get a ride back and they even left the tire pressure light on. 1. Service was slow 2. No apologies for the delays 3. It took 20 minutes to get the car one a paid. Really bad service, you can see a lot of people waiting frustrated. More
