I been customer of Valencia BMW since 2005. So far I had good experience every time I came, until this last time. On June 5 2023 I brought my car in for service and I decided to purchase extend So far I had good experience every time I came, until this last time. On June 5 2023 I brought my car in for service and I decided to purchase extended service plan for $2,000. Upon pick up my vehicle I paid the $2K then on June 6 I noticed it was an additional $2K charge from Valencia BMW. So I "tried" to contact someone to find out I was charge twice for same thing. After 6 phone calls and getting the run around who I needed to talk to, I still have not got my problem solve. As a today June 7 no one have returned my call. I hope it does not come down for me to drive 2hrs round trip to the dealer because I wont be a happy camper ! Very disappointed with Valencia BMW for their customer service, not sure If I go back again. They might just lost a customer. More

Always great at Valencia BMW. Was heartbroken that Cole left, but Bill went out of his way to make sure my car was taken care of. I’m driving around with fumes entering my car after work was done there . BMW won’t take responsibility even though it accused after their work was done.
