Worst service experience ever! My car has been at Valencia BMW for days and has yet to be touched and supposedly won't be looked at until next week. Valencia BMW service dept has always been excellent and efficient with their service. Bill Park is the service rep. He quickly greeted me, arrange the loaner car, and have me go on with my day with minimum efficient with their service. Bill Park is the service rep. He quickly greeted me, arrange the loaner car, and have me go on with my day with minimum interruption. During the service, he kept me updated on the progress of the service and when my car is ready for a pick up. The dealership is very clean, water and coffee are available, and the environment is very professional and warm. I have visited many BMW dealerships and Valencia BMW is amongst the top. More
If I could give no stars, I would. I've bought two cars from here and the sales team is fantastic but I have had the WORST experience with their service branch. We had a very pleasant experience with our purchase in 2023 - I have now done 2 annual service visits where things were very timely and staff were pleasant. THIS DEALERSHIP IS NOT CLIENT CENTRIC; SERVICE MANAGER IS RUDE; ATTITUDE OF INDIFFERENCE, AND MY EXPERIENCE THIS MORNING WAS PATHETIC. I RECEIVED A PROMOTIONAL VOUCHER FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND FILTER AT A COST RUDE; ATTITUDE OF INDIFFERENCE, AND MY EXPERIENCE THIS MORNING WAS PATHETIC. I RECEIVED A PROMOTIONAL VOUCHER FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND FILTER AT A COST OF $99.95. I MADE THE APPOINTMENT A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO, AND TODAY WHEN ARRIVING, THE SERVICE MANAGER REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE VOUCHER, INDICATING COST WAS INCREASED BY $20.00. WHEN ASKING FOR THE GENERAL MANAGER, WAS TOLD HE IS NOT IN TODAY. I ASKED TO CALL THE REGIONAL MANAGER, AND HE DEMANDED THAT I LEAVE THE PREMISES. HE EVEN THREATENED TO CALL THE LOCAL SHERIFF'S DEPT.. SAD AND PATHETIC. THE LOSS OF A LONG TIME CLIENT OVER $20.00. I HAVE BOTH THE VOUCHER AND EMAIL FROM THE APPOINTMENT MANAGER CONFIRMING THAT I QUALIFIED FOR THIS PROMOTION. THIS DEALERSHIP SHOULD BE ASHAMED AT THEMSELVES. MY NEXT CAR PURCHASE WILL BE DONE AT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. HE LAUGHED AND WAS CONDONSCENDING. HE COULD CARE LESS. THE SERVICE MANAGER SHOULD BE REPRIMANDED FOR HIS BEHAVIOR. I AM INFLUENCIAL IN THE COMMUNITY, AND WILL SPREAD THE WORD. OTHER'S MUST KNOW THAT THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THE CLIENT. SENIOR MANAGEMENT SHOULD READ THIS REVIEW, AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION. THIS SERVICE MANAGER IS THE WORST........... More
