Spotted a used vehicle on the lot I was interested in. Stopped in and was greeted in a friendly manner by Buck and we discussed car. He offered a test drive so out we went. We returned to the dealership and he wrote up my offer, took it to the sales manager, and it was accepted, with no contingencies. Explained that I would have to clear purchase with better half and went home. Called back to the dealer 45 minutes later and said I would purchase the car. Returned to the dealer, and other than a wait for the "finance guy" bought the car at the agreed upon price. Simple, straight forward transaction. Great price, thousands under Kelley Blue Book listing for an exceptional car (Jeep Wrangler) and would recommend the dealer without any qualms. Thanx Buck and Valencia BMW. More

Not only did he know all the ins and outs, he tried to make it as painless of a task as possible, keeping my wife laughing with,"because it's a BMW baby!!!!" With Mgr. Mike Murray rolling his eyes hoping that my wife was not going to kill me for adding even more BMW's to our driveway. I would call Richie first, even if I was buying a different brand of car to see if he could find it. Even in a used car purchase that started to go bad, Mike and Richie stepped up with Manny and the mgr. of the service dept. to turn the problem into a Win-Win for my youngest son's 2002 BMW 325. I would tell anybody to try and beat their deal!!! More

Brandon is a true professional in every respect. Thats coming from a very critical 45 year old family man and Fire Captain for the LAFD. As well as a pleasure to deal with in the purchase of a BMW, Brandon was impressively knowledgeable of the BMW line up and answered any question I had about my vehicle, as well as being very instructional and helpful. Our interaction with Mickey Williams was equally as pleasing. I believe that the people skills that both these individuals have displayed with my family and myself, shows that it is not a chance or a fluke that our BMW experience has impressed me the way that it has. No, I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.
