Ritchie was referred to us by other family/friends, and honestly I said to myself "can that guy be that great", and the answer was..yes! We did the application of course, and before I knew it, we were selecting colors, etc. The process was so well streamlined, it was amazing. This is our first BMW, we've been a Mercedes family for many years, however as I told Ritchie, we are now life long clients as we love the BMW, and to make it sweeter was the great customer service. I used Sean Crawford for my BMW purchase and couldn't be happier with him. He is an honest guy that doesn't try to push a product against customer's wishes.
