Bought an extended warranty for the car. It cost me $2,000 and I was told that I could cancel at anytime. According to the financial dept representative if I decided to cancel within 30 days there will $2,000 and I was told that I could cancel at anytime. According to the financial dept representative if I decided to cancel within 30 days there will be no penalty fee's and they would take care of the cancellation right away. After speaking with my wife we decided not to continue with the warranty. I went back to the dealership 3 days after the purchase and requested the cancellation. This morning I received a statement from BMW Financial Services describing the total of payments and for my surprise it states that I still owe the additional $2,000 for the extended warranty, even after I've cancelled. I called the Dealership and they told me that it would take approximately 8 weeks to solve the problem because that is how long it takes to "process". I just wanted to bring this to your attention because it took them 5 minutes to add that amount to my contract and now it's going to take 2 months to remove it from my payments. It doesn't sound right to me. If that is correct it means that I'll have to pay interest on top of this amount for as long as it take for them to process the cancellation. I just want to make sure that the warranty policy is going to be cancelled and the information is sent to BMW Financial Services. I of today they have not received any information yet. It's been 11 days since I cancelled the policy and the Financial Service hasn't received the information regarding the cancellation. I called them this morning and was told that this information does not show in their system. I also want to thank Mr. Willie Dalgan for assisting me with the purchase. Good customer service. We were looking for an upscale but not too fancy used car with low miles. They kept trying to sell us higher mileage and super equipped cars which were nice but not what we wanted. We finally got around to with low miles. They kept trying to sell us higher mileage and super equipped cars which were nice but not what we wanted. We finally got around to a 238i with low mileage and basic package which is what we wanted. We spent 6 hours going through the process between the drives, the trade in (which they did a good job on), and the process - which was exhausting. Took too long on the negotiations but otherwise was a good company. More

My goodness what a difference; these guys know what they are doing and the best part is that they know what I wanted and did not have to work hard at getting a deal. Willie Dalgan was straight with me and gave me the deal that I wanted; they even got the car (since they did not have it at their location) the NEXT DAY!! I love the fact that they went the extra mile for me and provided me with such classy and unforgettable service. I am not just satisfied but very impressed and will always get my cars from them. After much negotiation with them, I reached a deal over the phone for a CPO 2009 Z4. They told me that I had to go there and complete the deal by the next day or else the car was going to be shipped to an the phone for a CPO 2009 Z4. I work 1hr away from Valencia so I asked them one last time to check the interior and the whole car to make sure that there would not be anything about the car that would make me reject our agreed upon price and deal. They called me back and assured me the car was very clean and I had nothing to worry about. I took three and a half hours roundtrip (including traffic) out of my work day to go there and get the car. Upon arriving the car wasn't even washed/detailed or ready to go, it was very dirty. I opened the driver side door and immediately noticed that the rubber seal that connects the side of the car to the door was damaged with a large tear over one foot long. They informed me that they didn't see this before and that they would take care of this. Second lie. When we got to the paperwork they finally disclosed to me that this tear in the rubber seal was wear-and-tear and therefore not covered under any maintenance or warranty. They then told me that it would cost $300-400 to replace and that it would be added to our previously agreed-upon price. I refused and told them that we had a deal on the price and that you had told me that this CPO car was very clean, nothing wrong with it whatsoever. This tear in the rubber was so easily noticeable that there was no way the CPO inspector and the sales team didn't see it before. They said that they couldn't absorb the cost of this replacement. They were probably thinking that I would budge for this deal after driving all this way to their dealership. I again refused and walked out the door. My experience with them brings a whole new level of dishonesty and lack of integrity into the car selling industry that I thought would never happen at a BMW dealership. I expect more from BMW. I have told everyone I know about this experience and will continue to tell others about how much time and effort I wasted on this dealership. Buyer beware, do not buy from this dealership. More
