Valencia BMW

Purchased a water pump for my BMW 335i and the pump got defective six month later. The pump had 2 years warranty from BMW. Customer Care Director Bryan Radin refused to do the in warranty replacement unle defective six month later. The pump had 2 years warranty from BMW. His attitude was less than professional when trying to explain his position in this matter. When this Director realized that I am not willing to accept his "deal" he summoned with a bossy attitude one of the mechanics on the floor. With me being present he instructed the worker to lower my car from the stand and take it to the outside gate. This incident reminded me of some dark times I spent in the communist system when the individual was treated with no dignity, no consideration, no respect, knowing that fear of expression and repercussions was a common feeling. I went into Valencia BMW to repair a tail light on my 5 series. I ended up looking around with Willie Daglan (who originally sold me the 5 series) while I was waiting. From start to finish, Nicolas was completely professional, pressure-free, and completely happy to accommodate us to alleviate our concerns, including taking additional pictures, respond to numerous calls (even during off-business times), and answer any and all questions we had. We have purchased several cars in the past, and this was by far the most easy and enjoyable time we've gone through the process. I would in a moment, buy another car from Nick down the road- and the way this BMW was sold to me (completely accurately portrayed), I'm sure it will be sooner rather than later.
