They detailed it, removed the stickers, and placed a giant bow on the hood to make the first drive extra special. Worst experience buying a car from Valencia BMW. The lack of communication and customer service was shocking. Especially from a luxury brand. I will buy my next BMW from a different dealer. Russell took over the sale and did the best he could do. I was told certain things were included in the car by my first sales person Jen. They were inaccurate and management did nothing to make it right. Actually asked if I wanted to return the car. So disappointing. More
