If I could give no stars, I would. I've bought two cars from here and the sales team is fantastic but I have had the WORST experience with their service branch. I bought my first BMW from Russell, who was very friendly and extremely accommodating. I'm very particular with my vehicles, so I may not always be the easiest of customers, but Russell saw to it that I was and extremely accommodating. I'm very particular with my vehicles, so I may not always be the easiest of customers, but Russell saw to it that I was 110% satisfied with my new car and I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to buy from him. While my overall experience was positive, I can't say the same for my interactions with the finance team. Be cautious when discussing add-ons, as their sales tactics can be misleading or overly aggressive. Make sure to research thoroughly before agreeing to anything. All in all, I would definitely work with Russell again if and when I get into my next BMW. More

The people I met/worked with were relatively cordial, but the Auto Nation business model as it relates to customer service is total trash! Uh, that is NOT my responsibility. This clearly speaks to the fact there is a grave disconnect between the local Auto Nation, i.e., Valencia BMW, and its corporate office.
