I was able to bring an offer to them and they said they’d beat it by $1000 dollars, but ended up only beating it by $800, which is still good. But then, once they got their deposit, their communication got poor. They ended up not getting the car we put a deposit down on, we voiced our frustrations and they offered an additional 500 off a similar vehicle. Once we asked for that in writing, they gave us the old offer and not the additional 500 off. So We asked them about it, and they claimed it was a ‘miscommunication’ between the sales agent and the manager. Overall, they are nice when you get ahold of them. But they don't seem to care about the customer once they have their money and keeping their word. More
