Awesome Staff! I purchased a 2015 Nissan Altima from Dan Vaden Nissan of Hinesville. My salesman was Daniel and I cannot stress how AWESOME he was! I came in with n I purchased a 2015 Nissan Altima from Dan Vaden Nissan of Hinesville. My salesman was Daniel and I cannot stress how AWESOME he was! I came in with not so stellar credit, no trade in, no money down and a payment amount that I was NOT going to budge on. Daniel worked with me and never lost his patience. He was professional, funny, NEVER pushy, attentive and just an all-around GREAT salesman. He definitely made my car buying experience not only fun but I drove off the lot in a beautiful Nissan Altima that I absolutely love!!! :) I did have a little issue with getting a call back for minor things on the vehicle, however, once my concerns reached the proper people I was helped promptly and they were very accommodating. I brought my vehicle to the Service Department and I was quickly greeted with a wave and smile from Jesse. I explained all my concerns and he assured me everything would be taken care of. He too was very professional and friendly! He made sure I was comfortable during my wait and he gave me updates on the status of the vehicle which I really appreciated! I was also helped by Josh who was very kind and explained everything. He finished up my visit and I left confident that everything that was promised would be taken care of. I wish I would have gotten more names of the staff so I could acknowledge them as well. Everyone was so nice and fun to be around. There are plenty of smiling faces! I would like to reiterate that Daniel, Jesse and Josh were just AMAZING!!! I hope whoever reads this post acknowledges these staff members because they are GREAT! Great staff, friendly service, and a wonderful atmosphere I went in looking at the 2016 Nissan Versa. I had test drive a used 2014 at another dealership. Decided to check out a new one. The staff was great, and the car was clean, and enjoyed it. The atmosphere there is very pleasant, and the staff was very friendly, and not overpowering. They even helped me get approved. The sales manager and myself got into a argument bc I had someone willing to purchase a vehicle for us and to be co-signer. At first he said I couldnt get someone to purchase the vehicle for me and I said how about if they co-sign. He said no. So I got a little upset. And told him to not raise his voice at me in front of my family. He said we get settle this like men outside and started coming at me. This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. I would not recommend them to anyone. I also tried reaching out to Mrs Jane VADEN Thacher. She is the owner of the VADEN automotive group. More
We first stopped at Vaden Nissan in Hinesville to look at the Nissan Quest mini-van. For starters, when I asked to see the baseline model to compare with my research on base models for the Honda Odyssey the Nissan Quest mini-van. For starters, when I asked to see the baseline model to compare with my research on base models for the Honda Odyssey and Toyota Sienna, the salesman, Otis, told me he didn't know which one was a base model. Another salesman said the "SV" vehicles were the base models. Later research on the internet proved this false. The "S" is the base model. Nevertheless, I returned a few days later with my wife and daughter in tow. Otis and other sales reps used several "shady" but common sales tactics and offered a poor trade-in on our SUV. We decided to look at a few other dealerships in Savannah but would return to look at one Quest they offered a deal. A few hours later, on our return from Savannah, we received calls from Vaden Nissan in Hinesville, saying we'd "better hurry because other people are looking at the minivan [we] liked." One of these phone calls happened ten minutes prior to our arrival. When we arrived, we were kept waiting for 30 minutes before I finally told them we were leaving. Of course, the vehicle had been "sold," but they could get us a similar model at the same deal from another dealership. We told them to go ahead, but get us something with standard upholstery instead of leather seats. The final price for the newly requested minivan was higher than what we were quoted for the one with leather seats. That was it. We no longer wanted to deal with them, and we don't recommend them to others looking for a Nissan. Just keep driving past the Vaden dealership. More
