AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AND GETTING A NISSAN ALTOGETHER! !! Our first vehicle was a 2023 Nissan Rogue we purchased that paint job was damaged due to an employee at the dealership hitting something in it. It !! It wasn't until after signing the paperwork before leaving that I noticed the front bumper was scraped. We we're told they would repair it. We received a call to pick it back up and soon as we looked at it the bumper was painted the wrong color. They offered us a new vehicle as a replacement that now has an engine failure recall. Not to mention this morning 02/06/26 at 7:30 AM our rear windshield spontaneously combusted while in our driveway. Thank God we didn't put our newborn in yet before it exploded. Called the dealership and got told there's nothing they can do and to file an insurance claim. Even though we have extended warranty that covers nothing! We we're told we would have to had to purchased the 3 for 1 package warranty deal that covers the entire vehicle. I did extensive research online and there is a pending class action lawsuit regarding numerous owners of 21'-25' Nissan Rogue's whose windshields exploded. Do not ever waste your time with this dealership! They do not value their customers and the minute you drive off their lot you are responsible for all the problems that come with their vehicles!
