We drove from Bluffton, sc to Savannah due to filling out a credit application through them to see if we could purchase another vehicle they responded and said come in they could work a deal. While there we mentioned about how does it work being out of state customers when it comes to taxes and with the money we put down we wanted it to cover everything to getting the license plate put on. They replied with yes it sure will needless to say I asked 3 times even right before signing paperwork and even "Chuck" Brown the financial manager stated it was covered ok cool everything's fine until we still didn't recieve anything for registration, plates or anything. We contacted Linda aka title clerk and she proceeded in telling me I would have to go to the treasures office pay property taxes on my brand new car than take that receipt to the dmv for my lisence plate (?) Ive never had to do this before I have purchased plenty of brand new vehicles and never heard this in the past. So I called other Savannah dealerships and they told me they haven't either. So I cobtact the treasures office and my name is no where in their system (?) I called Linda back at Vaden nissan and she said well she don't know what to do(?) isn't that you're job. So now even trying to do this on my own I am having no hope my 45 day tags are expired I have a new vehicle which is parked and no one can help me with title work (?) so honestly please be extra cautious when dealing with Vaden Nissan of Savannah they will pocket the money that you paid for this to be done and than leave all the extra up to you now I'm stuck paying the 2,000 I put down and for my tags and 300 for property taxes and tags which should have been taken care of thru the dealership like requested and promised. I've tried calling the GM and left numerous messages for a call back to help explain things and no call at all I'm getting no where with them so who knows what's next. More

These 2 were something else, they like to play a lot of games and talk down to women (surprising since there president is a woman). They bolth, lied to us. They care more abt. there Nissan Rating than customers. Worst experience ever had at a car dealership in 20 years!!! Way they treated us and things they said and did were unbelievable!!! Can not believe these 2 are representing this business or any business to be honest with you!!!! Let alone be in a customer service aspect of the business. They cost Vaden Automotive a lot of $$$ we were planning on buying more than one auto, not to mention how many we would of had bought down the road and our friends and family and business associates business. They knew that too and didn't seem to care. More

I GOT A GREAT DEAL FROM GREAT PEOPLE!!!! I WENT TO NUMEROUS DEALERSHIPS BEFORE I MET MRS JANE AT THE VADEN NISSAN. AFTER TALKING WITH HER I KNEW I HAD TO BUY A CAR FROM VADEN. SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND NUMEROUS DEALERSHIPS BEFORE I MET MRS JANE AT THE VADEN NISSAN. AFTER TALKING WITH HER I KNEW I HAD TO BUY A CAR FROM VADEN. SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING OF ALL MY VEHICLE NEEDS AND DESIRES. BESIDES THAT SHE IS A ANIMAL LOVER AND SO AM I.
