We appreciate your feedback and have actively worked to resolve your concerns. Unfortunately the failure of the starter 16 months after engine replacement is not a warrantable concern. Our service team has offered discounted repair options as well as rental coverage should you choose to have the vehicle repaired with us. We apologize that you declined the repair as we were unable to find terms for the repair that worked for you. We work diligently with every one of our customers to provide the highest level of service. Please reach out to our service team if we can be of assistance in the future.

Please be assured that our values and how we do business do not include "bait and switch" tactics. We understand that there are many online sources for trade-in values, however it is our practice to personally appraise every trade-in vehicle on site. We apologize if there was any confusion. We take your concerns very seriously and they will be forwarded to management immediately. Thank you for reaching out to us!

Well in that case, why couldnt Vaden provide me with a detailed appraisal report. If there inspector who in my case was the manager found something wrong at least explain what it was they found so the customer can understand where the depreciation is coming from. I never received such a report and dont expect one because NADA clearly shows what a rough, average, and clean trade in is and describes the condition. My vehicle easily met the clean trade in value and more. Also, I asked if Vaden used NADA and he said they use several including NADA. I was also told no matter what, Vaden nissan in savannah only does average trade in values not clean trade ins. What!! More tactics I guess but im no push over and will not be taken advantage of. At the end of everything Vaden offered me less than clean and less than average trade in which was 29850. I couldnt believe it. People do your research and stand strong in the face of dealers like this, no wonder the reviews are horrible. Guess my next stop is the other nissan dealership in savannah thats not Vaden. I called them ahead of time to confirm they offer clean trade ins and they said they do. Imagine that! Im sure the management isnt going to do anything about this issue and Vaden nissan will continue to lose customers and receive negative reviews from honest customers like me.
