Well the team completely ghosted us on the info and what we needed. We have been trying to get answers for over a week and no response from Sean the finance manager, no response from Josh a sales manger. They got their money from us and now we are nothing to them. Horrible customer service after the sell. We traveled 13 hours to get the vehicle and now we are put on the back burner. Do better!!! More

Paid $3500 and was gone pay the rest later that week. But come to find out no one wanted to insure the vehicle because it’s been reported missing and they tryna say it was and didn’t wanna give the money back it was less than 24 hours. Little do they know we will get the money back when this dealership start to go down look at the employees them burnt mf need to find them another job cause they are not there to help you. Period. Never buy a car from them. More
SCAMMERS! FRAUDSTERS! LIERS!!! STAY AWAY!!! YOU CANNOT TRUST ANYONE!! Not even the sales Manager (Daniel) or Finance Manager (Sean). I was looking to upgrade m FRAUDSTERS! LIERS!!! STAY AWAY!!! YOU CANNOT TRUST ANYONE!! Not even the sales Manager (Daniel) or Finance Manager (Sean). I was looking to upgrade my 21 Rogue to a 24 Pathfinder. I have dealt with the Nissan dealership closest to my house since 2011, but for some reason just couldn’t get this deal to really work in my favor, so I looked out to other dealerships. One being Vaden. I have to admit that he catered to all my needs. He asked me what all i was looking for in the Pathfinder and where did i want to be as far as my payment was concerned. And I told him from the beginning that I did not want to increase my payment. So he assured me that he could get me more for my trade and get me into a pathfinder without increasing my payment. So after several texts back and forth for 2 days (Wed& Thurs) we came to an agreed price and terms. Then Sean (finance manager) even emailed the loan documents to us so that way we didn’t have to do any paperwork in the dealership. That way all we would have to do is drive 1-1/2 hour there (Sat) trade my Rogue for the Pathfinder and drive the Pathfinder home. But then Sean emailed the documents to us (Thurs) he called and asked if we wanted to add Gap and extended warranty. I told him no. So Thurs we signed the documents via esign and all we had to do was go on Sat and trade out the vehicles. So just for peace of mind I called my insurance Fri morning and asked him about the GAP. He strongly advised to get it. So I texted Sean first thing Fri morning and told him we changed our mind that we wanted to add GAP and warranty even though it would increase our payment. And I waited about 2 hours with no response. Not even an ok, I’ll call you back. Not, an ok! I’m busy. Nothing!. So I texted Daniel to tell him I had texted Sean and why. Daniel said, he would tell Sean to add it to the loan. But that they were really busy and that is why Sean didn’t respond. I didn’t care for why. He could have took a second to have at least acknowledged my text. So after about another hour or 2 I sent Sean another text telling him that I understood they were busy but that if he would just make that change to the documents and email them to us again that he could just send me a text saying that they have been sent and that we would sign them then I could text Daniel and let him know that we signed them. That way everything would be done and ready for Sat. Then again no response from Sean, so I texted Daniel to tell him that I had sent Sean that text and he had not responded. And again, Daniel texted me back saying how crazy busy they were and that in fact Sean had a customer in his office at that moment. And how Sean has to take the customers in front of him first. And being in customer Service Management for 30 years I agreed that working with those in front of you are important though you still don’t neglect those who call. They are still just as important. So I told him that due to the lack of service I was receiving that I thought I might have to go see the Woody Folsom dealership by my house before going to them to pick up the car. if that did not change everything. Daniel was all willingly helpful then. How can he help me? Why do I want to go there? He explained how busy they were. Blah blah!blah! So on Saturday morning I went to the other dealership and showed them the loan documents that I signed from Vaden and they matched all of Vaden’s numbers.. I got the same for my trade. I got the same for the Pathfinder, same terms. In fact, the loan terms were even better than Vaden. Daniel was blowing up my phone while I was at the other dealership. After we signed the loan documents at Nissan by my house, traded vehicles and all. It was a done deal.vaden let the sale go through even after we bought it from the one by my house. Vaden told Nissan USA that they gave me a loaner Rogue and was waiting on me to return it before canceling the Pathfinder sale. More
I wish i had come here first before going to vaden and spoke with more people at my job where they already had a bad rep. This has been the worst experience i have ever had purchasing a vehicle i would de spoke with more people at my job where they already had a bad rep. This has been the worst experience i have ever had purchasing a vehicle i would definitely never ever recommend anyone to vaden on abercorn they obviously don't communicate one person says one thing then another says something else. They are unprofessional and greedy crooks! Never again will i ever go back! it was the first and the absolute last time i will recommend family, friends, etc to any other dealership except any dealership that deals vaden. More

Haley scheduled the appointm I was scheduled an appointment to look at a Nissan Rogue and from start to finish was an absolutely horrible experience. Haley scheduled the appointment which I never got the opportunity to meet. Rebecca didn’t give an explanation as to why I wasn’t meeting with Haley after receiving numerous texts and phone calls before my arrival. Rebecca took me in an area and started asking all types of personal questions prior to even taking me on the lot to see any type of vehicle, let alone the one that I was scheduled to see. This process was so annoying and unprofessional. She asked how much I wanted to put down to my credit status. Really? Before I could see one vehicle. I was introduced to the finance person Joshua who kept up the unprofessional communication by telling me about the reason he asked the questions he asked because he didn’t want someone looking for a Maximum vehicle expecting a $400 payment. This was extremely rude due to the fact that again, I haven’t seen the vehicle I requested to see and had no interest in a Maximum, therefore it was pointless conversation. Also, a buyer can have any desired payment if they make the necessary adjustments. I was shown a vehicle in the model that I asked, but not the vehicle discussed over the phone. This entire experience was so disrespectful of my time until I decided to leave and Joshua unprofessional behavior was to walk away from the conversation. I called back to share my concerns to Joshua and he proceeded to tell me things that I did not say and their limitations as a dealer. He also had the audacity to state that calls were recorded as if I needed to say something that didn’t transpire or if I was under some type of interrogation. Apparently Joshua obviously doesn’t know that it’s against the law to record anyone without their permission. Again, this just speak to the unacceptable and unprofessional behavior of Vaden Nissan’s staff. I have purchased many new vehicles from different dealers and by far the worst experience I have encountered while new car shopping. My perception is that professional training should be provided to all staff based on my experience and the reviews that I have now read. My experience is consistent with most reviews being the absolute worst. I hope that the owners and corporate will address all of the complaints and reviews . More
Like the other reviews have stated, this place deserves no stars. We are a military family who is stationed in the area. I purchased a used Jeep Cherokee from this dealership in May of 2023. It is now Nove no stars. We are a military family who is stationed in the area. I purchased a used Jeep Cherokee from this dealership in May of 2023. It is now November and I have yet to receive the title for this vehicle, which means that I am not able to legally operate the car that I am paying for. I will stopping payments at this point and begin looking into legal action. The dealership does not answer calls. I literally call days at a time leaving voicemails on any phone that I am transferred. No one ever answers and no calls are ever returned. No one communicates and no one can give a good explanation for why this car does not have a title. Along with this issue, they use the bait & switch tactic. I found a car that I wanted online, they told me that the vehicle was available until I got there and it was all of sudden sold already. Horrible business practice. Military personnel please stay away from this business. More
Should be zero stars. On July 18 I purchased a car “in transit” which was scheduled to arrive somewhere between August 4 and August 24. I paid the full amount for the car On July 18 I purchased a car “in transit” which was scheduled to arrive somewhere between August 4 and August 24. I paid the full amount for the car on July 18. Several things happened which made this car purchase truly horrific. Item 3 on the Dan Vaden “retail purchase agreement” states that Dan Vaden is not responsible for damage to a new vehicle while it is “in transit”, and the car I purchased was damaged (hit) while in transit from the factory to Dan Vaden. More on that in a minute. Be sure to see the warnings at the end of this review. On August 15, before I had possession of the car, Dan Vaden used my power of attorney to transfer the title of the new car to me. I received the title in the mail from the state on August 21. I am under the impression that my power of attorney will be used to benefit me, not Dan Vaden. How is transferring the title of the new car to me, which is not in my possession, acting in my best interest? This was getting scary to me. On September 22, about a month late, Dan Vaden called to let me know my car which was “in transit” finally arrived, so I drove to Savannah the morning of September 23 to pick it up. 2 months “in transit”? When arriving at Dan Vaden, they told me that “your car” was damaged in transit. I asked to see my car, but they would not show it to me. Was it really damaged in transit? They said they would “do me a favor” by giving me a different car (same model, but different color). After 2 months, I had no choice at the time but to take the car they were offering me, which was not the color I wanted. If you are buying a new car, shouldn’t you get the color you want? As of the date of this review, the “damaged” car and my trade-in is still in my name. Since the overall attitude of the people working at Dan Vaden was troublesome, and employee turnover at the dealership seemed high, I wanted to speak with someone at their corporate office about the problems. When visiting the corporate office website, there is no contact info for the corporate office. The website just tells you to contact the dealerships. It appears that Dan Vaden corporate management must not care about hearing from their customers. The Dan Vaden dealership blamed everything on Nissan USA. If Dan Vaden dares to deny one word of this review, I will post my contact info because I have all the paperwork to prove it. WARNINGS: 1) If you buy an “in transit” car from Dan Vaden make sure item 3 in the “retail purchase agreement” about transit damage is removed. You should not be responsible for a car until you take possession of it. 2) Do not sign a power of attorney to conduct the transaction until you can take possession of the car. 3) Do not pay for the car up front. Leave a deposit on a charge card which you can dispute if necessary for good reason later. Nissan USA, is this how you want your long established brand to be handled? More

Review for Vidan Savannah Nissan No stars! !! Do not go to this place. I met with Benjamin Stewart in need of a car and he "found one" that met my criteria. Said that it was selling really fa !! Do not go to this place. I met with Benjamin Stewart in need of a car and he "found one" that met my criteria. Said that it was selling really fast in our area and I should put down 500 dollars to test drive it when it comes in. I was worried about the timeline and he assured me that it would be in no later than Tuesday, maybe Wednesday at the latest but probably earlier than that. I talked him down to 100 dollars and he gave me his personal phone number and said I can call for any questions or updates. Very charming at first. Then he ghosted me. Repeatedly for the next week. He finally responded with an apology for lack of communication. I accepted and asked for a refund and he ignored me further! Much later that day had Daniel contact me, I explained to Daniel the situation he apologized and said he would speak with Ben and call me back. No call back. I call on Monday and finally reached Daniel who said oh yes let me call him and I'll call you right back. No surprise he never called me back. I have left so many messages, I have tried contacting through the chat and they were even more unhelpful. I don't believe there ever was a car. I believe they scam many people this way. I would URGE anybody looking for a car to go literally anywhere else. This place is manipulative and untrustworthy!! If you must go here, DO NOT put any money down to "test drive" a car. It is a Lie. It's been a month and I have yet to receive a refund for this. More
